New state-of-the-art facility will further WVC’s education programming in Las Vegas.
SR Construction is proud to announce an upcoming expansion project with their client, WVC – a leading provider of veterinary and medical continuing education. WVC recently acquired the building formerly known as the Enclave in Las Vegas and seeks to expand its operations in the customizable space. The new facility, named the Viticus Center Eastern Campus, will be complete in June 2020.
“As the design-build contractor, we have worked with the WVC team from the start to ensure their vision for this new facility becomes a reality,” said Jeff Northrup, senior vice president at SR Construction. “We are honored to be a part of this outstanding team and look forward to continuing our relationship with this wonderful organization.”
The project consists of approximately 17,000 sq. ft. of interior renovation in an existing 71,000 sq. ft. facility. The expansion will include the construction of new laboratory space, locker room space, a washer/sterilizer unit, and the installation of four new air walls and associated structure. These updates, inclusive of audio and visual upgrades, will facilitate the growth WVC expects in 2020.
