(Reno, Nev.) – KPS3, a full-service marketing and digital communications firm, has hired Brittany Silva as account director.
Silva’s responsibilities include providing strategic marketing direction to support the growth and success of her clients, day-to-day project management, and ensuring KPS3 deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

Silva joins KPS3 from Ruby Seven Studios, where he served as a marketing director. She was responsible for managing all marketing efforts, social media coordination and keeping positive relationships with casino partners. Prior to that, she was a marketing specialist at Ultrasave Lighting Ltd. and a marketing manager at Tomauri Inc., where she launched and branded new product lines, managed the Taiwan and China teams, executed B2B and B2C marketing plans, maintained websites and conducted market research.
Silva attended the University of Nevada, Reno and earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management in 2011, and her MBA in 2019. She was also the 2019-19 president of the Reno-Tahoe chapter of the American Marketing Association.
