Nevada Business Advisors Changes Business Landscape for Entrepreneurs
Valley banking professional shares experience and knowledge to benefit start-up companies and existing businesses
LAS VEGAS – Monica Coburn, a Southern Nevada 20-year commercial banking and lending professional has launched Nevada Business Advisors, a full-service business advisory firm, to benefit new and existing companies that need experience and knowledge on their side.
While there are numerous resources and financing options available to businesses, often they are hard to navigate or entrepreneurs do not have the time to do it on their own. Additionally, other business services are typically financial advisors or CPAs, or focus on entity formation, not on providing a comprehensive approach in assisting with all business needs. This is where Nevada Business Advisors comes in.
Entrepreneurs and existing businesses are now able to take advantage of a suite of services such as advising, mentoring, certification assistance, business financing, government contracting, sourcing bid and procurement opportunities, virtual assistance and much more.
“After a great deal of time working in banking and finance with companies in various industries and stages of their business, I discovered a deep need for these services and the idea to start Nevada Business Advisors was conceived,” said Founder and Chief Executive Officer Monica Coburn. “I realized how much my expertise and knowledge can help individuals and businesses as they launch a new company or grow an existing one as well as those who do not know where to turn and many times were left open to be taken advantage of by predatory lenders or consultants.”
“There are many resources available to businesses that can help save time, money and sanity,” continued Coburn. “Not knowing where to start or who to talk to is half of the challenge and I look forward to helping these businesses be successful.”
In fact, Monica has been helping Nevada businesses be successful for more than 20 years.
She has served in senior management positions and worked with companies like Bank of
America, Wells Fargo and CIT Group to name a few. She is active in the business community serving on boards including Nevada Business Opportunity Fund and Nevada Women’s Business Center and is a member of Clark County’s Business Development Advisory Council.
Coburn’s clients are already singing her praises.
“Nevada Business Advisors was the best decision I made. Working with Monica has saved my Company, on average, 25 percent of my annual business expenses due to her expertise and has assisted my company towards certification under the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program,” said Jerry G. of Alternative Plan, Inc. “I’m always looking for ways to take my company to the next level and she has fast forwarded the process.”
Those interested in learning more about Nevada Business Advisors can hear Monica speak at Entre Goals Summit, a free online business summit on November 15th, where she will be the closing keynote speaker or can visit www.nevadabusinessadvisors.com.
