The Test Kitchen Brings Evening Eats to Henderson With Shareable Plates, Carefully Crafted Libations in an Intimate Atmosphere
LAS VEGAS, NV – Established Culinary Management has officially launched The Test Kitchen, a brand new pop-up kitchen taking place at The Stove Las Vegas. From locally celebrated chef Antonio Nunez and celebrity chef Scott Commings, this dinner experience features shareable plates, a boutique wine bar, chef-drive, seasonal menus each month, all paired in an intimate setting.
“With our endeavors in consulting, we are constantly testing new flavors,” Chef Nunez said when asked about the development of his new pop-up. “The concept will be ever-changing when it comes to food and wine. We use locally-sourced produce and boutique wines that you won’t find elsewhere.”
Fan-favorite flavors include the Garlic hummus with cucumbers and Naan; the Fried Cauliflower with a charred tomatillo chimichurri and lemon aioli to start; Skirt Steak with Achiote sauce, hollandaise, poblano potato hash brown and roasted veggies; and lastly, the Grilled Octopus with arugula, roasted potatoes, chorizo with garlic chili aioli are the stars of the show when it comes to mains. Wash it all down with a bold glass of red from Paso Robles and you have yourself a night out in the suburbs with sweeping views of the Valley lights.
The Test Kitchen is exclusively operating each week, Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Patrons can indulge in happy hour each night from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with wines by the glass along with beer and food specials. Together, Chef Nunez and Chef Commings will present their interpretations of American small evening sweet and savory bites.

The brainchild behind culinary masterminds celebrity chef Scott Commings and locally celebrated chef Antonio Nunez, the Test Kitchen is a concept that brings small bites, boutique wines and an intimate dining vibe to the suburbs of Henderson. Developed under its parent company Established Culinary Management, the Test Kitchen pop-up allows the two chefs to collaborate and test out new flavors that they can incorporate into their consulting projects in cities nationwide including Los Angeles and San Diego. Taking place every Friday and Saturday night within the main dining room of The Stove Las Vegas, patrons will enjoy items from both land and sea paired with jazz music served in an ambient setting.
