APEX Systems will join the Harry Reid Research & Technology Park
Gardner Company is proud to announce APEX Systems LLC as a new tenant for the UNLV Harry Reid Research & Technology Park. A lease was recently signed between Gardner and the technology company for a 4,588 sq. ft. space with an approximate move-in date of December 2020.

The signing of the lease took place in July 2019, with the completion of the APEX Systems’ tenants improvements set for fall 2019. The leasing agents that brought this partnership to fruition were Randy Broadhead and Brad Peterson of CBRE.
