Complete Association Management Co. LLC, a full-service Nevada community association management company, will manage the Tahoe Beach Club, a new 143-unit condominium complex going up in South Lake Tahoe.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed for the deal, which was signed at the end of May.
Tahoe Beach Club, which stands between Nevada State Beach and Edgewood Golf Course near 300 acres of natural forestland, will have two-to–five-bedroom condos covering 1,000 to 4,000 square feet priced at $1.5 million to $4.5 million.
Condo owners at the complex, which CAMCO officials say is the first built on the lakefront in 30 years, will get access to a clubhouse and pool, a private pier and other exclusive amenities. The first sales are expected to close at the end of September.
“We are thrilled to be working with the developer of the Tahoe Beach Club property,” CAMCO North President Norm Rosensteel said. “They are building a first-class quality condominium development that will greatly benefit the South Lake Tahoe community.”
Rosensteel said CAMCO will work with the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency to ensure the project’s residents comply with drainage regulations and other rules.
