LAS VEGAS – With an uptick in home buyers seeking innovative, luxury homes, Blue Heron, a Southern Nevada-based design/build firm, announced today limited lot and home availability at several of its active communities across the Las Vegas valley, as well as updates to projects launching this fall.
Ever-popular, Marquis at Seven Hills has officially closed its previously purchased show home and only has two lots remaining. Launched last fall, The Bluffs currently has eight homes available for sale in Southern Highlands. The highly anticipated Lake Las Vegas community, Vantage, which broke ground earlier this year, has already sold 10 home lots with construction on its show home overlooking the North Shore to begin in June. Other Blue Heron communities with limited availability include: Midtown Modern, situated near downtown and the Arts District, has two custom lots and one spec home set to be completed in August; Obsidian, which offers 34 custom home sites perched atop the McCullough Mountains in Henderson; and Equinox, a custom lot community located in MacDonald Highlands, with only three lots remaining.
A soon-to-be flagship for its acclaimed design philosophy, Vegas Modern 001 (VM001) will be the largest Blue Heron show home to be completed, estimated at $20 million for its unparalleled views, architecture, design and innovation. VM001 is currently under construction with a tentative completion date in early 2020.
Another community on the horizon, Dragon Rock, will include 40 custom lots in the prestigious MacDonald Highlands and offer views of both the Strip and the surrounding mountains.
