NAIOP Southern Nevada presents a panel discussion “The island of Las Vegas – surrounded by a sea of federal lands” at its April breakfast meeting. Moderator John Restrepo, RCG Economics, will lead panelists Stephanie Garcia-Vause, City of Henderson; Marci Henson, Clark County and Tom Perrigo, City of Las Vegas in a discussion on a balanced approach to a federal lands bill and its impact on Southern Nevada’s commercial real estate and economic development.
The meeting is sponsored by AJB General Contractors.
The NAIOP Community Service committee will be collecting donations for Street Teens at the breakfast. Donate food, water and supplies to help homeless teens in the valley.
