Feel overwhelmed? Entrepreneur Amber De La Garza and The Coop will help you get out of the panic and into the productivity.
The Coop, a coworking space and meeting room center at 1925 Village Center Circle Suite 150, will host “Productivity Overhaul: From Train Wreck to Full Speed Ahead,” De La Garza’s business workshop for entrepreneurs, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. April 23.
“Productivity Overhaul” will equip businesses with the four pillars of the S.T.O.P. Framework that will help them leverage resources and attain peak performance. It will also highlight the advantages of The Coop, a coworking space where camaraderie and creativity can thrive.
De La Garza, the host of the “Productivity Straight Talk” podcast, says that although business owners have the flexibility to make their own schedules and plot their own futures, they can get distracted and overextended. At the seminar, she will give attendees the tools to stop over agreeing to work assignments, stop trying to do everything by themselves and start breaking through plateaus to succeed.
“With S.T.O.P., by the end of the day, someone can power through a long task list, make headway with the team on big projects, provide excellent service to clients and close a few deals,” De La Garza said. “And all with minimal stress.”
The Coop provides the space and community spirit to inspire entrepreneurs and spur them toward success. Independent professionals, startup launchers, small-business owners and corporate innovators use The Coop to imagine and pursue what’s possible.
“We offer workshops like these for a variety of reasons,” said Dana Berggren, an entrepreneur who owns The Coop and Berggren Commercial Real Estate. “We want to bring additional value to members of The Coop and to the community, to raise awareness and money for local charities and to give these dynamic speakers a platform to present their knowledge and expertise in different facets of business.”
Seminar tickets are free for Coop members; $20 for nonmembers. Visit https://bit.ly/2CJxSeQ to register.
Ticket proceeds will support Cupcake Girls.
