SR Construction named General Contractor for expansion project at Centennial Hills Hospital
SR Construction was recently named General Contractor for an upcoming expansion project at Centennial Hills Hospital. SR will spearhead the build of the new five-story tower, which will expand the facility’s neonatal, PACU and adult intensive care units along with additional medical surgical units.
“It is a privilege to be chosen as the General Contractor for this significant project,” said Peter Harvey, senior project manager at SR Construction. “We look forward to building upon on our deep-rooted relationship with Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center and Valley Health System/Universal Health Services (UHS).”
The expansion will provide space for an additional 56 patient beds, bringing the hospital’s total to 318. The project is estimated to cost approximately $95 million. The design has already commenced and construction is set to begin this summer.
