TuffSkin Surface Protection, a Las Vegas-based company producing a formula to preserve stone surfaces in hotel rooms, lobbies, restaurants and bars, named Rick Worman to its protective stone laminate formula sales team.
Worman will primarily conduct site field measurements and sales appointments in homes, hotels, restaurants and casinos. He will also give presentations to interior design associations, architects, hospitality and stone-related industries.
“Rick’s skillsets and abilities will serve him well representing TuffSkin,” said Lelia Friedlander, co-owner of TuffSkin.
In previous positions, Worman worked territorially, evaluating and ranking best prospects while building a strong network of executive-level contacts. He has also directed and managed sales programs; his “Right Way Every Day” program stressed the importance of developing character, accountability and self-discipline.
“Rick’s attention to detail and driven mentality will be a great addition to the sales team,” Friedlander said, adding that the company plans to continue expanding its sales team to reach more markets in the United States and abroad.
Worman will participate in maximizing TuffSkin’s impact at the World Market Center’s Kitchen and Bath Resource Center.
For the next two years, TuffSkin will be a featured vendor inside the Las Vegas Design Center showroom, showcasing its materials from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Showroom visits are by appointment only.
