Jewish Nevada, a nonprofit organization serving more than 70,000 Jews in Nevada, recently announced the promotion of Sarah Small to Director of Young Leadership Development.
Prior to joining Jewish Nevada in July 2017, Small worked for the Anti-Defamation League for nine years where she coordinated a wide array of fundraising and community outreach events. She also played an integral role in the organization’s anti-Semitic incident investigation and research efforts.
Since joining the Jewish Nevada team, she has worked closely with both the Women’s Philanthropy and Young Leaders divisions as the events coordinator. In this role she has helped plan and facilitate events as well as engage with groups in the community. She even recently led a Young Adult Community Birthright trip.
Small is a Las Vegas native and holds a degree in criminal justice from the College of Southern Nevada.
