LAS VEGAS – Nevada State Bank has named Ryan D. Ashley senior vice president/chief financial officer. He will report directly to Terry Shirey, Nevada State Bank president and CEO.
In his new position, Ashley will be responsible for managing the bank’s finance and operations. He has more than 19 years of banking experience, not only in finance and accounting, but also in retail, branch administration, project management, and operations. Relocating from Arizona, Ashley was the senior vice president, financial planning & analysis at National Bank of Arizona, Nevada State Bank’s sister bank.
Ashley holds a degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Management and Finance. He volunteered with Junior Achievement in Arizona, as well as mentoring programs for children, and has coached youth football for the last 10 years. Ashley is married with two sons.
