Las Vegas – Home At Last, a program of the Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA), has presented Jenny Cox, senior loan officer for Guild Mortgage in Las Vegas, the Very Important Partner (VIP) Award for Southern Nevada.
The VIP award is given to professionals who help NRHA and the Home At Last program fulfill the mission of promoting, providing and financing affordable housing opportunities for all rural Nevadans. “Jenny is a fantastic advocate for Nevadans looking for housing solutions that fit their lives and budgets,” said Diane Arvizo, NRHA Director of Homeownership Programs. “She also co-hosts with Home At Last Homebuyer 101 seminars and Certified Realtor training because she deeply understands the benefits of the program, and knows that rural happens here in Southern Nevada, too.”
With certification and expertise in loan origination, Cox is committed to ensuring her clients know all options available to them for real estate financing.
“My goal is to help homebuyers make solid loan decisions that meet their needs,” Cox said. “This isn’t a one-size-fits all process, and that’s what I love about using Home At Last – we can tap into options that give my clients the tools and resources they need to get into a home of their own.”
