Carson City – Home At Last, a program of the Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA), awarded Yolanda Gonzalez the Centennial Award for her work in helping more than 100 Nevada families obtain homeownership. The Home At Last team presented Gonzalez, a loan officer with Summit Funding, the award at her office during a special celebration ceremony.
“Gonzalez is a truly dedicated partner who utilizes our programs to help numerous Nevadans through the exciting process of becoming a home owner,” said Diane Arvizo, NRHA Director of Homeownership Programs. “We’re thrilled to honor her outstanding contributions to assist all rural homebuyers, including the Latino community and more.”
Gonzalez says that while, technically, she and her team are mortgage experts, their specialty really is in making amazing things happen for Nevadans – especially those in rural Nevada.
“With the help of Home At Last, my team is able to work efficiently and effectively to do what’s right for our clients,” Gonzalez said. “Purchasing a home should be exciting and joyful, and I love what I do because I’m helping families fulfill their dream of homeownership.”
