Reno – RE/MAX Realty Affiliates (RRA) is happy to announce the addition of two new staff members in the Reno office, Courtney Forestiere, director of opportunity, and Kori Griffith, office manager. Both Forestiere and Griffith are excited to join the RRA team and are looking forward to developing new opportunities in their respective positions.
“We are thrilled to have two new colleagues to streamline our operations and assist our agents in their very productive businesses,” said Amy Keith Lessinger, broker/owner, RE/MAX Realty Affiliates. “The director of opportunity is a new position for us. As recruitment is a key focus in growing our brokerage, we’re looking forward having Courtney’s expertise.”
Forestiere, an experienced manager of recruiting, hiring and marketing, will use her skills while looking for high producing agents who want to join RRA.
“My goal is that I can continue to build up our team while finding top-producing agents who want to grow their business,” said Forestiere. “The people who work here drew me to want to be at RRA. It’s amazing to see everyone so excited to be here.”
As Office Manager, Griffith’s role is to provide customer service for agents, clients, staff and outsider vendors. She also works with building and facility operations, maintenance and administrative systems and processes and is available to handle any agent or client questions or requests.
“My goal is to continue to make RRA excellent and one of the top real estate brokerages,” said Griffith. “I want to maintain the trusted relationship that has been built between our clients and agents.”
