WHAT: Behind the Vegas Ice, produced by Cox Media in Las Vegas, is an Emmy Award-winning, 10-episode docudrama with exclusive behind-the-scenes interviews that retrace the genesis of the Vegas Golden Knights. Each 30-minute episode features never-before-seen footage that details the arrival of professional ice hockey in Southern Nevada. The docudrama begins with the official announcement of the team name on Nov. 22, 2016. It concludes with the emotional season home opener at T-Mobile Arena on Oct. 10, 2017 and its pregame tribute to One October first responders.
