
LAS VEGAS – Robertson+Partners Advertising (R+P) won top honors in several categories at the 2018 ADDY Awards, presented by the District 15 and Las Vegas chapters of the American Advertising Federation.
The R+P team won a total of seven awards, including two Gold ADDY’s, one silver ADDY and one Judge’s Choice ADDY. The awards were presented on Saturday, March 24th, at the World Market Center and on Saturday, April 7th in Ontario, CA.
“We are extremely fortunate to have amazing clients who encourage us to stretch creatively,” said Scott Robertson, R+P Executive Creative Director. “And we’re honored to have our work recognized amongst one of the most competitive regions in the U.S. and to see our work forwarded on to the National competition.”
R+P was recognized with a Gold ADDY and Judge’s Choice ADDY for its Love the Cone Public Service Campaign promoting jobs, progress and growth for its client the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada. The winning entry was a group effort by Executive Creative Director and Director Scott Robertson, Creative Director Chris Brown, Associate Creative Director and Editor Michael Dunn, and Art Director Noel Glez.
Another Gold ADDY was won in the Film Video and Sound category for Public Service campaign for the individual TV spot Cone Abuse. This entry also won a Silver ADDY at the District 15 competition and will be forwarded on to the National competition on June 8th in Chicago, IL as part of AAF AdAmerica Festival.
A second local Gold ADDY winning campaign entry also earned a bronze ADDY at the District 15 competition. Two additional bronze ADDY’s were secured for agency clients Pulte Group for the Reverence Sales Brochure and The Howard Hughes Corporation for their Summerlin Out-of-Home campaign. The winning team on both projects consisted of Scott Robertson, Chris Brown and Michael Dunn.
The ADDY Awards are the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries every year.
