Rancharrah, the 141-acre master planned community announces the first semi-custom builder, Toll Brothers, to build 89 single family semi-custom homes in the Latigo community at Rancharrah.
Toll Brothers is the nation’s leading luxury homebuilder known for its dedicated commitment to quality, customer service and creating luxury homes nationwide. The five home designs at Rancharrah will be in a modern farmhouse and mountain modern style, offered in single-story and two-story options. Homes will range in size from 2,600 – 4,500 square feet and are expected to go to market in fall of 2018.
“Since 1967 we’ve been creating luxury communities in the best locations across the country,” said Gary Mayo, Toll Brothers Group President. “Rancharrah is such a rare and exceptional opportunity for us. The location, trails and amenities, in particular, The Club at Rancharrah are built-in lifestyle components that we feel buyers will find irresistible.”
Rancharrah Holdings LLC has invested more than 47 million dollars into Rancharrah in preparing the property such as the land and infrastructure.
“We are thrilled to have such a high quality, reputable builder be a part of the future of Rancharrah,” said Chip Bowlby, President and CEO of Reno Land Inc. “Toll Brothers is the perfect fit for our vision. Their designs are exquisite, they use only high-quality premium brands and finishes and they make building ‘green’ a priority.”
Behind the gates, resident opportunities include custom, semi-custom, condos and townhomes and will have concierge level services, along with membership to The Club at Rancharrah. Members of The Club receive first rights to all home sales at Rancharrah.
Plans for the 30,000-square-foot private Club and former Harrah Mansion include dining, fitness facilities, pools, spa and meeting rooms. Serving as the social and recreational centerpiece where members can gather with family and friends.
Reno’s Camelot is Rancharrah — a 141-acre property in the heart of south Reno that embodies the city’s history and future. Reno Land Inc. purchased the ranch in 2015 from John Harrah, whose family owned the bulk of the property for nearly six decades. The family patriarch, Bill Harrah, founder of Harrah’s Casino, brought Rancharrah to life. The master-planned community is now under development to include seven residential villages up to 690 residential units along with commercial and retail opportunities. The gated residential community at Rancharrah will be composed of custom homesites, custom and semi-custom homes, condos, and townhomes with access to the world class Club at Rancharrah, providing a fitness center, spa, resort pools, kids camp, wine rooms, great lawns, restaurant/bar, and family grille. At the entrance to Rancharrah at the corner of Neil and Kietzke a retail village will also add lifestyle to include additional restaurants, shopping and grocery.
