LAS VEGAS – Lawrence Yun, the chief economist of the National Association of REALTORS, will share his insight into the local and national housing markets as a keynote speaker during the Nevada REALTORS State Conference being held at the M Resort on June 5.
Yun, a nationally known expert on the housing market, will present an “Economic and Real Estate Market Outlook” covering topics such as:
- Recent developments in the local and national housing markets.
- Expectations for home prices during the next 12 to 24 months.
- Comparisons with past housing cycles.
- An economic backdrop and forecast.
Yun is scheduled to speak during a June 5 luncheon hosted by the statewide Nevada REALTORS as part of the first State Conference it has hosted in more than a decade.
The other keynote speaker on June 5 is Stefan Swanepoel, one of the nation’s leading analysts of real estate trends and the author of the Swanepoel Trends Report.
The Nevada REALTORS State Conference is scheduled for June 5 and 6 at the M Resort, 12300 Las Vegas Boulevard South, in Henderson. It is free for Nevada REALTORS members, who are asked to register at www.NVAR.org. The event also includes team-building activities and presentations by the association, as well as designation courses for members offered at reduced prices.
