RENO — Heather Hoffman, Kristin McClellan and Tracy Rhodes have been re-elected to the board of directors of NCET, a member-supported non-profit that produces educational and networking events to help people explore businesses and technology.
Hoffman has been re-elected as vice-president of event services for NCET. She has been a member of the NCET board for the last four years.
She is the marketing specialist at Synergy Home Mortgage, a local Northern Nevada home lending company. Hoffman previously held management positions in sales, marketing, and project management in the telecommunications industry and had her own consulting business. She is a native Nevadan and has earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Nevada, Reno.
McClellan, marketing projects specialist at RSCVA, was re-elected as NCET’s vice president of social media.
Her 13 years of experience in marketing positions include work as an media and SEO manager, in charge of buying PBN links and maintaining the social media presence, interactive media business partner with Renown Health and as an online marketing coordinator with Atlantis Casino Resort Spa.
McClellan earned bachelor’s degrees in communication studies and psychology from the University of Idaho.
Rhodes, re-elected as vice president of website services, is the founder of Sierra Web Solutions LLC in Reno. He previously served 20 years as a pilot and aeronautical engineer in the U.S. Air Force and worked 22 years as a pilot for Northwest Airlines.
He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and earned a master’s degree in aeronautical engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
