RENO — KPS3 Marketing, a full-service marketing and digital communications firm, has acquired a three-story office building located at 500 Ryland Street. The purchase demonstrates KPS3’s investment in the vibrant business growth and development happening in downtown Reno.
The building consists of 15,657 square feet of office space. KPS3 plans to remodel the top and bottom floors with an open-office environment, the perfect setup for a team rooted in collaboration. Tenants will continue to occupy the second floor of the building. Dickson Commercial Group represented KPS3 in the sale.
“We needed an open space – one that was in the heart of Reno with enough room to expand our team and business,” said Rob Gaedtke, CEO. “We are in the process of a complete build-out reflecting who we are as an innovative and creative agency. We are projected to complete the re-design in the second quarter.”
KPS3 has been headquartered in Reno for the past 26 years with clients locally, nationally and globally. The agency has 22 full-time employees and represents clients who are market leaders across industries in healthcare, education, technology, government, travel and tourism, nonprofits and more. Its partners are Stephanie Kruse, president and chief strategist, Rob Gaedtke, CEO and creative director, and Kevin Jones, creative and technical director.
