Carson City, Nev. – Dickson Commercial Group is pleased to announce the successful sale at 4388 N. Carson Street. The building is located in North Carson near the Carson Tahoe Medical Center. The 15,666-square-foot, freestanding flex building was purchased by owner-user Galfer USA, LLC from McCloskey Family Trust for $1,400,000 ($89 p/sf). Galfer USA specializes in performance bike components and is moving their operations from California to the new location in Nevada. Joel Fountain of Dickson Commercial Group (DCG) represented the seller, and Rob Joiner of Nevada Premier Commercial represented the buyer.
