With Christmas quickly nearing, shoppers are flooding the online market, searching for goods and services to give to loved ones as gifts.
Adobe Analytics data show a record $6.59 billion was spent online overall by the end of Cyber Monday, a 16.8 percent increase from a year earlier. Online reputations can be the difference between a click of interest from prospective shoppers or a browser jump to another website.
Many business owners also use the month of December to make decisions about business partners for the year ahead.
Five Star Economy helps companies build the online auras that can boost online traffic and attract new business. Local customers testify to Five Star’s effectiveness.
Clair Zeto said her company, The Social Register of Las Vegas, surveyed her members with Five Star’s help.
“I was able to call a few of our members and thank them for completing the survey, commending them for their honest feedback,” she said. “I find it’s fantastic for me to be able to call them personally as the owner and CEO and say, ‘You matter to me.’”
Quick Claim USA’s Renato Ritter said Five Star helped his company improve its internet presence with Google Business and Yelp.
“Reputation is everything, and seeing the reviews online lets everyone else know the quality of service we provide as the ‘Concierges of Good Deed,’” Ritter said. “Five Star Economy has provided us with an outstanding product which we recommend to all our business contacts.”
National Title Co.’s Phil Bouchard said Five Star is working on a social media advertising program, layered on top of reputation management and marketing program, for his company.
“It’s important to us that we market our reputation as a way to create sales,” he said.
Brian Williams, president of Five Star Economy said the most promising development for businesses who take online reviews seriously is how many quality clients can be attracted from simple Yelp and Google reviews. “Our service-oriented business clients, such as law firms, HVAC repair, and insurance agencies are attributing hundreds of new clients as a result of their online reviews,” Williams said.
