The concept for the Gym Rat healthy meal plans started several years ago when Chef Colin realized the need for a quality, healthy product for nutrition-conscious individuals. The Gym Ratline is clean eating, using fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared right in our kitchen. Gym Rat foods are designed in a balanced, proportioned fashion.
The approximate breakdown is 45 percent carbs, 30 percent protein and 25 percent high quality, “good” fats as general macronutrient guidelines. There are several calorie counts to choose from in the program to suit your dietary needs.
Gym Rat meals are prepared fresh and locally twice a week at the Roundabout Catering & Party Rentals facilities in Sparks, Nev. For more information, please visit gymratfoods.com or call 775-747-2090.
