More than 100 rural Nevada families achieve the dream of home ownership
Reno, Nev. – The Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) awarded Shaun Bittick, senior loan officer at Summit Funding Inc. in Reno, the prestigious Centennial Award for her work in helping more than 100 rural Nevada families obtain home ownership using NRHA’s Home At Last™ Down Payment Assistance grant program.
“Shaun not only knows the mortgage business inside and out, but she truly knows how to connect with homebuyers, understanding how homeownership feels,” NRHA Homebuyer Services Director Diane Arvizo said. “She tailors the experience to those she serves, and this award exemplifies her dedication to each and every life she changes by becoming a homeowner.”
Bittick’s team is focused on going above and beyond at every step, ensuring a great borrower lending experience. Prioritizing a smooth and complete transaction, Bittick makes certain that consumers understand all options, the differences between them, getting them into a loan that is right for their situation.
