More than 100 rural Nevada families achieve the dream of home ownership
Reno, Nev. – The Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) awarded Debra Secord, sales manager at Guild Mortgage in Sparks, the prestigious Centennial Award for her work in helping more than 100 rural Nevada families obtain home ownership using NRHA’s Home At Last™ Down Payment Assistance grant program. Secord works primarily in Sparks, which is considered a rural area and eligible for the Down Payment Assistance grant program through NRHA.
“Debra and her team are exceptional in helping our homebuyers with the loans that are right for them,” NRHA Homebuyer Services Director Diane Arvizo said. “She’s consistently been a key partner for the Home At Last™ team, and this award is a product of her hard work and dedication to the consumer.”
