MassMedia Names Casey Floyd to Vice President of Integrated Marketing
LAS VEGAS – Kassi Belz, president of MassMedia, a full-service public relations, advertising and national marketing firm, announced the agency has named Casey Floyd to vice president of integrated marketing.
In his new role, Floyd guides an experienced team of marketing professionals in developing efficiencies and synergies between the firm’s creative development and digital execution through website development, social presence, content marketing, video production, tactical digital media buying, online brand and reputation management, and more.
“If digital and creative were visualized as circles on a Venn diagram, then we are seeing more of our clients’ needs falling in the area where the two overlap. This merge has provided us the opportunity to enhance multimedia designs and collaboration between specialists,” Floyd said. “By breaking down the silos and streamlining efforts, the design and messaging can better integrate with the digital placements thus improving engagement and user experience. Floyd is uniquely qualified to accomplish the assimilation of MassMedia’s management of its clients’ digital marketing efforts into a strategic overall approach. In his previous role, Floyd led the firm’s clients’ strategic online-presence initiatives. It was a natural progression for him to continue in that capacity while also working to align creative output to all media – print and broadcast, as well as digital.

Floyd possesses more than a decade of experience in marketing, public relations and advertising. Since joining MassMedia in 2015, his passion and energy has consistently attracted and retained a long list of loyal clients. In his first year at MassMedia, Floyd developed and implemented comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients in various industries including entertainment, tourism, healthcare, government, law and public utilities.
Before joining MassMedia, Floyd served as the senior account executive of co-op marketing at Zappos.com, where he worked with highly recognizable brands such as Adidas, New Balance, Asics and Brooks. Other positions Floyd has held include digital marketing director, associate vice president of marketing, project manager, vice president of special assets and vice president of central operations. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in journalism and media studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In 2008, he was recognized by the Las Vegas Business Press with the Rising Star of Business Award.
