15th location set to open later this month
LAS VEGAS – PT’s Entertainment Group (PTEG), a division of Golden Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ:GDEN) and the largest traditional tavern operator in Nevada, announces the launch of a new dining menu at its 15 Southern Nevada locations of PT’s Gold.
The new 24-hour breakfast, lunch and dinner menu focuses on a renewed culinary approach to the tavern’s signature menu items and includes more than 20 new offerings.
“Our culinary team has done a tremendous job crafting the taverns new approach, while maintaining the style and tradition of PT’s Gold,” said Joe Romano, corporate vice president of food and beverage for Golden Entertainment. “Both longtime guests and first-timers will enjoy a creative menu that goes beyond conventional pub fare.”
Modern comfort food is well represented with new potato skillets, including dishes such as chicken and waffles, made with breaded chicken breast, maple hot sauce and sage; Pizza Papas, made with mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, marinara, onion and peppers; and Nach-yo’s, made with melted cheese, cheese sauce, picked jalapeños, house-made salsa, sour cream and black olives. Potato skillets can be made with fries or the potato of your choice.
New entrées added to the menu include a ramen noodle bowl with chicken broth, noodles, spinach, corn, hard-boiled egg, ginger and onion, and an orange chicken bowl with lightly battered white meat chicken, sweet and hot orange sauce, fresh vegetables and rice.
Among the new appetizers is a crispy smoked pork butt made with slow smoked pork and tangy barbeque sauce. Added to the sandwich offerings is a country-fried chicken sandwich made with savory fried chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and mayonnaise with a jalapeño cheddar toasted roll.
The new menu takes effect on April 12 at all 15 PT’s Gold locations. This includes its new location in Henderson at 1540 W. Sunset Road, set to open later this month.
