Reno – Dickson Commercial Group announces the recent lease signing for retail space at the Coliseum Meadows shopping center.
The tenant, TID Systems, LLC, will occupy a 900 sq. ft., space in the shopping center. TID Systems is an information technology company that specializes in security systems, IT consulting, hardware and software, network maintenance and web development.
Gary Tremaine and Joel Fountain of Dickson Commercial Group represented the landlord Basin Street Properties.
