Las Vegas – Las Vegas-based DC Building Group, formerly Danoski Clutts Building Group, moved into new office space in Southern Nevada.
DC Building Group, an elite general contractor, moved into its new, 6,000 square-foot corporate office space at 101 E. Warm Springs Road. It replaces the former 4,000 square-foot space at 6110 Elton Avenue. In the past five years, DC Building Group’s staff has grown more than 65 percent, necessitating a larger space.
For its new building, DC Building Group created a hybrid open office space that combined the necessary privacy of the traditional workspace with the innovative open concept of the modern office movement. There are offices, small meeting areas, and conference rooms for those moments when privacy is needed, but also a sense of openness and team-oriented collaborative spaces throughout the office. DC Building Group chose the best of traditional and modern design, and incorporated those aspects into an end result that cultivates innovation, creativity, comradery, authentic community and enjoyment. Aside from the clean and productivity-focused workspaces they developed, the team believes that enjoyment and fun as a team is necessary.
CEO Shawn Danoski said: “The workplace culture at DCBG reflects mutual respect and hard work, but also embraces the need for fun as a family. Any success we experience is an overflow of our relationships, so we take time to encourage and celebrate that.”
The new construction features a unique employee lounge that allows the group to spend time together as a family aside from work, to eat meals together, to play games together and to inevitably cultivate friendships and relationships that reach farther than a vocation. DC Building Group believes that their success comes directly from the intentionality placed on their people and internal relationships.
