Centennial Toyota hosts the Third Annual Centennial Shave Off event on Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Young cancer patients – Dace Ash Davis, age 5, and Taylor Hammond, age 7 – will shave the head of a member of the dealership’s executive team and others as part of a company-wide fundraiser in conjunction with its support of the upcoming 25th Anniversary Superhero 5K with Chet Buchanan. Dace and Taylor will be assisted by a professional hair dresser.
Centennial Toyota team members invite the public to join them for the Shave Off and to support kids in the community battling cancer. Other activities include a raffle, visit from superheroes from Critical Care Comics, and treats and beverages. The dealership is located at 6551 Centennial Toyota Boulevard, in north-west Las Vegas.
All money generated will benefit Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada, a local nonprofit organization that helps children and families battling cancer.
