LAS VEGAS – B&P Advertising, Media and Public Relations has hired Philipp Batallia as an art director and promoted Shannon Sarver to the post of associate creative director.

Batallia is an award-winning advertising creative, whose specialties include corporate brand and identity development, digital and integrated creative direction, and strategy and art direction for graphic design in print, broadcast and digital media.
Prior to joining B&P, Batallia worked as a freelance digital creative director for Forza Migliozzi in Hollywood, CA.
Sarver is a native of Las Vegas, who joined B&P Advertising, Media and Public Relations in 2005 as an award-winning copywriter and broadcast producer. She has worked to ensure every written word—and everything that hits TV and radio—successfully reflects both art and client brand.

Sarver holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
