Las Vegas – Matt Smith, founder of Matt Smith Physical Therapy, an ATI Physical Therapy Company, recently was appointed to the Latin Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board.
The Latin Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board aims to help further the education of Las Vegas-area youth through scholarships. Smith sits on the board with Otto Merida, President of the Latin Chamber of Commerce, and Peter Guzman, President of the Latin Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation.
“Matt has been an invaluable asset to the Latin Chamber of Commerce. Each year, Matt Smith Physical Therapy has given our students scholarships to pursue higher education within health fields, and even has mentored those students as they progress through college,” said Guzman. “Matt was a natural choice for the foundation board.”
In addition to his work with the Latin Chamber of Commerce, Smith is actively involved with multiple community organizations as part of his mission of Changing Lives. Matt Smith Physical Therapy regularly hosts school supply and community food drives, Smith supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and works with the Clark County School District to teach children the importance of paying it forward.
