Bob Hart receives Small Business Lifetime Advocate of the Year award
LAS VEGAS – At the 2015 SBA Small Business Awards, the Nevada Small Business Administration awarded Nevada State Bank the following Lender of the Year awards:
- Silver – 7(a) Loan Production
- Bronze – 3rd Party Loan Production
The 7(a) Loan Program is the most frequently used financing program for start-up and existing small businesses.
“It is an honor to receive such recognition from the Small Business Administration,” said Carolyn Crockett, senior vice president and SBA manager for Nevada State Bank. “Nevada State Bank strives to give small businesses the capital and recourses they need to succeed. We are focused on providing financing for our state’s small business growth.”
Additionally, recently-retired vice president and SBA sales manager Bob Hart received the Small Business Lifetime Advocate of the Year award for his dedicated career as a financial champion for small businesses.
“We are so lucky to have had Bob as part of the Nevada State Bank family,” said Crockett. “This honor is the crowning achievement to a career spent helping small businesses throughout Nevada follow their dreams.”
Top lending partner awards were based on SBA total production and dollar volume ranking during a period of continuing economic recovery throughout the state. The annual SBA Small Business Awards, sponsored by Vegas PBS, were held on Thursday, May 21 at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
