Las Vegas – Shawn Danoski, chief executive officer of Las Vegas-based DC Building Group, announced the general contractor has completed the remodel/tenant improvement project for M&M World Las Vegas at Showcase Mall on the Las Vegas Strip.
Owner MARS, Inc. contracted DC Building Group for the remodel valued at $4.76 million. At 31,056 square feet, DC Building Group remodeled all four floors of M&M World Las Vegas. Highlights include a new NASCAR Display on the fourth floor that displays a full-size replica of a NASCAR race car; aperture openings were created to allow vision to all four floors from the first floor of the facility; and a new M&M Color Wall was installed with a colored candy tube ceiling.
Construction commenced in late 2012. FITCH served as the architect of record and DC Building Group’s Dave Teator served as the project manager and Jamie Dragovich as superintendent.
