Bruce Ford of City National Bank to discuss key to business success Jan. 13
HENDERSON, Nev. – Bruce Ford, City National Bank senior vice president and manager of core business banking for Nevada and San Diego, will discuss “Strategic Planning for Your Business – Why You Need to Do It” as part of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce’s networking breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, at the Wildhorse Golf Club, 2100 W. Warm Springs Road in Henderson.
During the presentation, Ford will explore developing a comprehensive short-term and long-term strategic plan – the key to the success of any business. A strategic plan should have the input of everyone with a vested interest in the company and should look at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to its success.
As the business banking relationship manager and team leader of core banking for City National Bank, Ford is responsible for five business banking relationship managers in Nevada and San Diego, California. Prior to joining City National Bank in 2009, Ford was the regional president and chief operating officer of Community Bank of Nevada. He began his banking career in 1983 for Pentagon Federal Credit Union in Virginia and has worked for Wells Fargo Bank, First Security Bank, Pioneer Citizens Bank, First Interstate Bank and Nevada State Bank.
