RENO, Nevada – McDonald Carano Wilson LLP Managing Partner John Frankovich announced that Laura Jacobsen has recently joined the firm as an associate.
A Nevada native, Jacobsen is a 2011 graduate of Stanford Law School, where she also completed her undergraduate studies in 2008. She is moving back from San Francisco, where she has been practicing law for several years. Her experience includes serving as law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Edward C. Reed, Jr., a legal intern in the Civil Division at the U.S Department of Justice, a judicial extern for U.S. District Court Judge Brian Sandoval, and a summer intern for U.S. Senator Harry Reid.
