How did you first get into your profession?
After taking some paralegal courses right out of high school, I got a job as a legal receptionist in Reno. In pursuit of my dream, I attended Great Basin College at night, while working three jobs. After 8 years, I finally earned a four year BAS degree and was able to attend law school. I graduated from law school in the top 10% of my class and have relished the opportunity to work as an attorney ever since.
What do you want your legacy to be?
While being a zealous advocate for my clients and loving what I did, that I was kind, honest and a person of my word (which is so rare these days). I also want to be remembered for being a loving wife and mother to my family of whom I adore.
If you could choose another profession what would it be?
I would detail cars. I love cars and could spend every moment washing and waxing!
