Gordon Silver is pleased to announce that Kathleen M. Brady has joined our firm as an associate in our Reno office. She will be a member of our Commercial Litigation and Appellate practice groups.

Brady’s experience involves simple and complex litigation and appellate matters. Before joining the firm, Ms. Brady served as a judicial clerk to Justice Michael Cherry at the Nevada Supreme Court from 2009 to 2014. There she drafted opinions, orders and bench memoranda in both civil and criminal cases.
Brady received her J.D. from University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2009, and her B.A. in Business Economics and B.A. in Black Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2002. While in law school, she served as a student attorney for the Sturm College of Law Environmental Law Clinic, and as a legal extern to a prosecutor for the United Nations International Criminal Tribunals for Rwanda and the Former Yugoslavia. In addition, she participated as a Staff Editor for the University of Denver’s Water Law Review and as a board member of the Natural Resources and Environmental Law Society.
