United Blood Services of Las Vegas
The Speedway Children’s Charity/Las Vegas Motor Speedway Community Blood Drive
Find the hero in you! Volunteer blood donors are needed in Las Vegas year-round. All donors at this blood drive will receive two admissions to the Rhino Linings 350 NASCAR Camping World Series Truck Race on Sept. 27. Donors will also be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a two pack of tickets to the 2015 NASCAR weekend.
Throughout the month of September, all volunteer blood donors will also receive one voucher for two general admissions to see Recycled Percussion at the Quad and one two-for-one admission to the Fright Dome at Circus Circus, valid only during opening weekend.
As Southern Nevada’s community blood provider, United Blood Services relies on blood donations to make sure blood is available for anyone who needs it. UBS currently has a need for all blood types, especially O negative. O negative is the universal blood type and the only type that can be transfused to patients with different blood types.
Donors are encouraged to make an appointment and can do so by calling 877-827-4376.
UBS is always interested in creating partnerships for new blood drive sponsors in our community. To learn more about organizing a mobile blood drive, please call 702-612-8557.
