LAS VEGAS – A whopping 280 percent growth spurt over three years has earned Las Vegas-based Litigation Services a spot on the 2014 Inc. 5000 List, published in Inc. magazine’s September 2014 issue. The list, in its 33rd year, ranks the fastest-growing, privately held companies in the United States.
“This is really good news, especially with what Las Vegas has been through during the Great Recession,” said Ken Campbell, CEO and founder of Litigation Services. “We have been part of the economic rebound. We’re in expansion mode, building a team to continue to cater to that growth in demand and to transition from a regional to a national company based in Las Vegas.”
The company’s successful and sustained growth over the past three years put it in the top 30 percent of fastest-growing, privately held companies in the country, ranking 1,526 on the Inc. list.
Litigation Services was ranked No. 80 on the list among top business product and service companies nationwide, and No. 7 among the 50 fastest-growing companies based in Nevada.
Litigation Services’ revenue grew from $8.8 million in 2010 to $33.6 million in 2013. The company also added 65 jobs during that time and now employs 115 people at offices in Las Vegas, Reno and Carson City, Nevada and in several Southern California cities, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Riverside, Palm Springs, Sacramento and San Francisco. It also has offices in Salt Lake City, Detroit and Phoenix.
This is not the first year Litigation Services has made the prestigious list. The company ranked 2,367 in 2009, 4,090 in 2010 and 3,804 in 2011. This year marked the company’s highest ranking so far.
In 1999, Campbell and his wife, Monice, founded Litigation Services with a vision of providing technology-based litigation support services to law firms and corporate legal departments. It now also provides court reporting, legal videography, foreign language interpreting, computer forensics, legal data analytics, Web-based document depositories and trial presentation and consulting services through 13 offices in five states, with a virtual team serving clients in all 50 states and internationally. The company is a national leader in providing corporate-direct deposition services. For more information, please visit www.litigationservices.com.
