The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas has named longtime local real estate professional Tedd Rosenstein its CALV Member of the Year for 2014.
CALV President Hayim Mizrachi presented the award to Rosenstein on Sept. 19 during CALV’s ninth annual Commercial Alliance Educational Symposium at the Gold Coast hotel-casino.
Mizrachi said CALV honored Rosenstein for his years of volunteer work on behalf of the alliance and the industry and for “demonstrating outstanding leadership, dedication and service to CALV. Tedd’s hard work and dedication to Commercial Alliance, and especially to our legislative efforts, have been invaluable to the growth and continued success of CALV.”
Rosenstein, president of Nevada Development and Realty Company, is a member of CALV’s board of directors who served as CALV president in 2013. He holds the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and has more than 24 years of experience in the local commercial real estate industry. A longtime Las Vegan, he is a graduate of Clark High School, earned a degree from Occidental College in Los Angeles and has a master’s degree from Boston University. He is involved in several community and professional organizations, including the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
