What do you like best about your job?
It is always changing. No two days are alike. I enjoy the responsibility of leading people in a company the size of Fidelity National. I also like developing relationships with clients that, in some cases, last well beyond business hours.
How do you spend your time when you’re not working?
I enjoy any outdoor activity, gardening and golf. I like hanging out with my eight-year-old daughter and doing whatever she wants to do. I enjoy charity work with the homeless.
What would you like your legacy to be?
I want to be remembered as someone committed and successful, who made a difference in peoples’ lives and was always caring and passionate. Most importantly, I want to be remembered as a dedicated and loving father.

Best Business Advice:
Keep it simple. Avoid bureaucracy at all costs. Always shoot straight and accept and embrace your responsibilities, and then expect the same from others.

Biggest Business Challenge:
Overcoming the perception that FAL is just an average CPA firm. We are a very unique company and not the typical accounting firm by any means. Our challenge is to make the public aware of that.
What do you like about your job?
I love that I have the ability to utilize my “people talents” every day and that I am able to have a direct, positive impact on the lives of our employees. It’s wonderful being part of a company that celebrates me for being different and has allowed me to help create a wonderful new culture at FAL.
How do you spend your time when you’re not working?
My focus outside of work is my family and friends. I also love to teach classes (when I have time) to women who are looking to find spirituality and personal empowerment in their lives.
What would you like your legacy to be?
I want to leave behind children who love themselves for who they truly are. Hopefully, the people who have been a part of my life would say I’ve had a positive impact on their lives.
