Education has long been one of the biggest challenges facing the Silver State. With a jobs base that has traditionally not encouraged secondary education and a need for an education culture, Nevada has been on the low end of several national indicators. However, educators in this state see hope for the future and are working hard to improve Nevada’s educational system.
