LAS VEGAS - The Las Vegas office of Perkowitz+Ruth Architects recently completed documents and construction administration for Fruits & Passion, an innovative personal care and home goods retailer located within the Town Square Las Vegas development. Grand openings ceremonies were held on November 14, 2007.

The Canadian retailer, founded in 1992, offers natural, creative and high-quality products through major retailers, as well as dedicated boutiques in Canada, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the United States. The Las Vegas boutique is their fourth store in the U.S.

Town Square Las Vegas is located at the intersection of Interstates 15 and 215 on Las Vegas Boulevard. The 1.8 million square foot development of Turnberry Associates and CENTRA Properties features retail, entertainment and office space.

The general contractor for Fruits & Passion was Stratford Hill Construction.
