Contact: Allen Lester

LAS VEGAS (September 26, 2007) - Final preparation for closings are now underway at Allure Las Vegas, a 41-story residential high-rise strategically located on the north end of the Strip. With the first residents expected to move into this luxury condominium beginning in October, Allure buyers are preparing for high-rise living in this dynamic city. While this type of residential living is a relatively new trend in Las Vegas, many Allure buyers have long enjoyed the advantages in other cities they’ve lived in.

"In 2005 we sold our home and moved to a Seattle condo overlooking Elliot Bay. We left our leaves, lawn and shrubs for contemporary urban living and experienced immediate bonding. For people who are not sure they could relinquish their neighborhood lifestyle, high-rise living is a truly fast transition. Everything you desire is simply an elevator ride away and life becomes a permanent vacation," said Allure buyer Ron Jones, a Seattle resident. "After serious consideration we decided on Las Vegas as our winter playground. Further analysis brought us to Allure, a luxury condominium that truly exemplifies the glory of architectural perfection."

According to Jones, he and his wife Toni compared a number of luxury high-rise buildings in Las Vegas before determining that Allure made the most sense to them.

"The units have more square feet per dollar, nicer amenities, great use of windows accentuating a light and airy space and elevated ceilings further enhancing the spacious feel of our new home," said Jones. "A comparable unit located in Seattle would cost 40% to 50% more than the current Allure pricing. We are very happy we purchased our unit prior to the official Allure opening and more importantly, before home owners in Las Vegas discover what Seattle residents have known for years, high-rise condo living is the future."

Formerly from Southern California, Allure buyers George and Patricia Roth adopted the luxury high-rise lifestyle in Las Vegas more than a decade ago.

"We recognized the advantages of high-rise living long ago," said Patricia Roth. "We're currently in a 10th floor luxury condo, but the growth in the area really opened up our eyes to better views of the Strip and proximity to all of the action."

Patricia and George Roth visited and closely studied details of all the projects in the works and judged them on criteria of view, construction, financial integrity, space, amenities, and traffic.

"Over two years ago with only floor plans to see, and we chose Allure," said Roth. "Allure offers easy access to the Strip, the most value for the money, and the feeling of being in good hands with a highly reputable developer and contractor. We knew Allure was a tremendous value as Fifield had locked in construction costs before other projects were contending with skyrocketing labor and materials expenses."

Having previously experienced the rewards and benefits inherent to high-rise living, the Roth's are now looking forward to putting the finishing touches on their unit.

"Our residence is decorator ready, so we are excited to expand upon what the builder offers when it comes to flooring, lighting and window coverings, making it more fun and easier to put our own lifestyle and personalities throughout our home," said Roth. "We anticipate thoroughly enjoying our view of the Strip and mountains from our home on the 36th floor."

With only a few remaining residences still available for purchase, Allure Las Vegas features 428 units and 15 distinct open floor plans with studio, one, two and three bedroom residences which range in size from 671 to 4,400 square feet, in addition to tower suites and extraordinary two-story penthouses. Allure's remaining residences are remarkably priced from the mid-$500,000s. Each of the luxury units offers premium views of Las Vegas and the surrounding mountains, superb amenities and exceptional finishes.

Allure's large outdoor pool deck with private, exclusive cabanas is overlooked by a well-appointed fitness center with locker rooms and a media center, conference room, catering kitchen and business center equipped with high speed internet computers, wi-fi in all of the public spaces, resident storage, 24-hour security and valet parking. In addition, Allure will have a fiber backbone so all units will have a large bandwith connection available for video and data. Additionally, a private wine cellar will offer climate controlled storage for residents. Allure Las Vegas is also the only high-rise residential development in Las Vegas offering feng shui design.

Allure Las Vegas is a project of The Fifield Companies, in a joint venture with CB Richard Ellis-Strategic Partners and ABF, Inc. - an Andrew Fonfa investment company.

One of the nation's premier developers of luxury high-rise condominiums, rental apartments and urban office towers, The Fifield Companies has earned a reputation for creating superb living and office environments in some of the country's most renowned locations, including Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Honolulu. Fifield has developed and built more than 50 projects in the United States worth more than $4 billion. The company also has 13 additional projects under development worth an estimated $2 billion.
