Reno, NV - Michael Schnabel and Shannon Wiseman recently announced the official launch of Schnabel Ventures LLC (www.schnabelventures.com), a real estate venture capital company. Schnabel Ventures partners with entrepreneurs to launch and/or acquire real estate investment companies that specialize in distinct niches within the global real estate economy. Its first venture partner companies are Blackfire Investors (www.blackfireinvestors.com), a partnership with Tilio Lagatta focused on value-added acquisitions of commercial properties in the Western United States, and Development Arts (www.developmentarts.com), a partnership with David Loring focused on an analytical approach to industrial development throughout the United States. Schnabel Ventures will be pursuing new partnerships and investments in multiple markets.

Previously, Michael was the owner of the Reno/Tahoe CB Richard Ellis office. Michael is joined by Shannon Wiseman, also previously of CB Richard Ellis, and Scott Beggs, previously with DP Partners.
