Paul villaluz, P.E., PTOE, was awarded the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Engineer of the Year at the annual Engineers Week Banquet, Saturday evening, February 23rd. Mr. Villaluz has demonstrated exemplary commitment to the community in his profession as a Professional Engineer by making technical presentations at the District Annual Meeting in Portland, Oregon, speaking to the UNLV ITE Student Chapter and chairing the 2007 Fall Transportation Conference.
Paul is actively assisting the Martin & Martin office in Las Vegas in establishing a public works department and cultivating and maintaining relationships with the major hotel-casino resort developers. Paul's passion for traffic and transportation engineering is evident in his commitment to excellence in his work and is an asset to his associates at Martin & Martin as well as the Las Vegas engineering community.
