Las Vegas - MC2 signed a 63-month, $1,976,744 lease on 40,342 square feet of industrial space, located at 1385 Pama Lane, #100, in Las Vegas. David Frear of Colliers International represented the tenant; Curtis Sanders of NAI Horizon represented the lessor, South 7, LLC.
North Las Vegas – Carpet Cushion Industries, LLC signed a 124-month, $4,463,260.32 lease on 81,103 square feet of warehouse/distribution space in the Golden Triangle Industrial Park, located at 4850 Statz Avenue, in North Las Vegas. Daniel J. Doherty, SIOR and Patti Dillon of Colliers International represented the tenant; Donna Alderson and Greg Tassi of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, Operating Engineers Funds, Inc.
Las Vegas - Reliable Parts, Inc. signed a 60-month, $394,248 lease on 6,778 square feet of industrial space in the Arrowhead Commerce Center (Building 17), located at 6155 S. Sandhill Road, Suite 700, in Las Vegas. Jackie Bielinski of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas represented the tenant; Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, Arrowhead 16 & 17 Properties, LLC.
Las Vegas - Margel, LLC recently purchased 8.69 acres of land, located south of the southwest corner of West Sahara Avenue and Lake Sahara, in Las Vegas for $8,327,800. No agents were listed as representatives for the buyer; David Grant of Colliers International represented the seller, CitiBank Nevada.
North Las Vegas - Ensign Federal Credit Union recently purchased 39,223 square feet of retail pad space, located east of the southeast corner of Ann Road and Decatur Boulevard, in North Las Vegas for $1,176,690.
